The Jr.
Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) in learning the building and construction processes from conception, to ultimately work toward advancing to a Project Manager role.
This role will communicate with the engineers and architects to go over plans and blueprints, take measurements when assessing layouts or site plans to learn about project scopes of work.
Contact trades to help the CM/PM send out or follow up with bids for review.
Learn and perform the process of proposing a project to management by determining material and labor quantities and costs for and with the CM/PM.
The Project Manager and Construction Manager oversees a wide array of scopes of work including but not limited to:
interior renovations, paving, concrete, exterior renovations, yard repairs, routine maintenance tasks, etc.
The Jr Project Manager will be a branch of the CM and PM to help with project efficiency and time management while expanding their construction knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Help CM/PM determine and define proper scope and objectives Learn to understand technical aspects of construction Order materials as directed by CM/PMProvide project updates on a consistent basis with Director Communicate to keep all necessary parties involved in project status and updates (Manager, AM & DVP) Must be willing to travel at minimum 3-4 days per week

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
