We are seeking an organized, self motivated, detail oriented Receptionist, who is ready to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Greeting cleints and answering incoming calls.
Scheduling appointments and managing the Attorneys calendar.
Maintaining records of calls, and sending messages to the appropriate staff assigned to the cases.
Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Providing general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Immigration and or lawfirm experience is preferred, but not necessary.
MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL AND ABLE TO READ AND WRITE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH Ready to join our firm? Job Types:
