We are looking for GREAT PERSONALITIES, TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY, and someone with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols.
Ensure cancellations are filled.
Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system.
Maintain and manage patient records.
Insurance verification Back up Treatment Planning Check-in/Check out Minimum Education and
Experience:
High school or equivalent (Required).
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Possess a basic understanding of Dental Insurance, a plus Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus.
1-year Dental or Medical Office experience Required.
Background check required.
Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
A GREAT PERSONALITY!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
