We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers.
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately - Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior - Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus - Familiarity with hospice care principles is beneficial - Ability to administer medications accurately and safely - Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is desirable - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to work with seniors and provide compassionate care - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills as a caregiver.
