Qualifications and skills:
Ability to manage a high call volume Strong written and verbal communication skills Phone etiquette and professionalism Resourcefulness with problem resolution Working knowledge of Excel Experience in landscaping/pest control industry a plus! Responsibilities will include:
Taking phone calls to resolve customer requests, take payments and process estimate requests Document customer interactions in customer software Clerical tasks as needed This will be part-time with the possibility for full time.
Hours are flexible.
