We are looking for fun, friendly, and responsible individuals who enjoy working with children.
As a Babysitter/Nanny, you will be responsible for taking care of children, including preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, and keeping children engaged.
Job Requirements:
Babysitter/Nanny caregivers perform general caregiving duties that ensure children's needs are met while their parents or guardians are away.
The duties and responsibilities of caregivers vary depending on the age and maturity of the children in their care, but may include:
Observe, monitor, and supervise children closely and consistently Ensure safety at all times Engage in play and enriching age-appropriate activities Preparing snacks and meals Light housework to keep the home clean and tidy, including cleaning spills and washing dishes after meals Model appropriate behavior, attitude, language, and actions Follow family instructions and routines Communicate all details with parents including any issues or concerns about the child promptly Maintain appropriate schedule and log hours worked correctly Respond promptly and appropriately to difficult or emergency situations If the caregiver opts-in to certain caregiving situations, requirements may also include:
Transporting children to and from school, after-school activities, etc.
Changing diapers/potty training Bathing children & putting them to bed Providing care while a child is sick, including administering medication if specifically instructed Providing overnight care Traveling with family to provide care during vacations, work trips, etc.
Caring for children with special needs Helping children with homework Qualifications and Skills We provide extensive training in CPR/First Aid, Safety Skills, Professional Development, and Behavior Analysis.
We are seeking all levels of education and experience and will continue to journey alongside your growth and development as a caregiver.
Qualifications and skills that babysitters may possess include:
Prior experience working with children Fun, engaging, playful personality Genuine enjoyment of working with children Ability to remain calm Ability to build a rapport with children with varying personality types Reliable, organized, and personable Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Flexibility in schedule and availability Interpersonal and communication skills Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities, medical needs, and/or infant ages - Coursework in child development, education, child psychology, ABA, or related field Offer Details:
Temporary and ongoing, part-time and full-time contract positions available.
Caregivers will be paid at a competitive hourly or weekly rate based on education and experience.
The location varies based on client needs, but all jobs accepted will be within the caregiver's acceptable radius.

Training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
Ultimate flexibility exists with caregivers select their own bookings.
