Description: Vice President, senior manager, executive manager, or executive director responsible for operations and support of multiple staffs. Establish and promote performance standards for the organization.


Experience -Capacity for attracting, hiring, training and developing talent.
Proven ability to coach and manage high level employees.
Established management track record leading management and subordinate teams.
Capacity to create aggressive objectives and communicate those goals to the entire organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nurture and contribute to a philosophy of accountability.
Ability to deliver presentations facilitated training, as well as writing clear reports.
Implement income generating campaigns in target markets.
Motivation and ongoing development of a determined leadership core.
Experience with Operational oversight.
Experience with financial oversight and / or P & L accountability.
Worked with sales and service teams.
Leadership skills as demonstrated through past performance.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices. Willing and able to partner with HR management.





Requirements:

A minimum of fifteen years of experience in a mid-size (or larger) corporate environment.
Demonstrated success of effectively leading change and organizational growth through strategic planning.
Solid and effective oral and written communication skills.
Personal qualities that include the ability to inspire and motivate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
