We let you pay yourself what YOU think you're worth, especially since YOU'RE the one that does the hard work going out there in the heat, battling traffic, working long hours at times, handling homeowner concerns, and having to work in attics hotter than Death Valley, California.
We don't make you use your own truck. We provide you with a company truck with a company gas card so you don't have to put high miles on your own personal vehicle.
We don't give you a crappy phone and a bunch of paperwork to mess with. We give you high-profile, handheld devices to minimize down time on your stops, and have our own distributors to keep you stocked up on parts needed ASAP.
We don't just put you in some low-employer-cost healthcare pool. This is a position for movers and shakers; technicians that offer repair and replacement options, close the deal, and do the repair or set the lead. Dynamic personalities are a definite plus. Although there are no quotas, you will make your money off of how many homeowner problems you solve.
If you have performed maintenance for a few years on residential units, we will entertain applications, but will be highly selective.
