Process Technician

This position will usetechnical knowledge of operations, processes, and equipment to aid inthe completion of projects aimed at reducing costs,improving quality, improving reliability, expanding production capacity,developing new technologies, and maintainingcompliance.
-Hands-on operation and maintenance of automated blow molding andinjection molding equipment.
-Monitoring and performing setting adjustments.
-Completion of all preventative maintenance.
-Mechanical troubleshooting.
-Performs quality control checks.
-Establishes and fosters all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO,and safety standards.
-All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications-Certification, Associates Degree , or Technical Degree in Electronics,Automated Technology, Plastics Technology,Electro-Mechanical or related area preferred-Hands-on Injection Molding and/or Blow Molding machine experiencepreferred-Strong mathematical and analytical skills-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Positive attitude, high energy, flexibility, and personal initiative-Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professional demeanor.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
